Groomy Pet is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
